    In-Home and Virtual Lessons available 7 days a week.

  • We offer art classes for kids and adults around the world, virtually, in-person and at our Studio!

  • Yes! While we do have timeslots available for preregistration, you’re always welcome to come by for walk-in Art Making.

    Our Studio is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am-5pm. Note that during classes we have limited space available and we occasionally close on the weekends for private parties. Check our Instagram page for any closures.

Refund & Cancelation Policy @ Private Picassos Art Studio 

  • Unused Retail purchases can be returned for store credit with a receipt.

  • If you would like to cancel your participation in a Kid or Adult Art Class or Special Event, please email studio@privatepicassos.com. A refund will be offered for any unused sessions and will be applied to the original payment method. Refunds must be requested within 1 month of the purchase date. 

  • Make-up classes can be arranged by emailing studio@privatepicassos.com. Students can receive a Sawyer credit for 1 missed class.  Any additional missed classes can be made up in a similar class that same semester or the one directly following.

  • Canceled Birthday Parties & Special Events will receive a full refund of their deposit up to the 2 weeks prior to your event.  Any parties canceled within 2 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Birthday Party payments are made the day before your event and can only be refunded in the event of a family emergency or other extreme circumstance. 

  • For Private & Group Lessons, we ask for at least 24 hours notice (sent directly to your assigned teacher) to cancel or reschedule a class. Private lessons are typically canceled for that chosen day and then rescheduled at the end of your series or for a later date.

    • In the event of one child being sick or not attending a Private Group Lesson, the group may decide to skip that date and reschedule with at least 24 hours notice to teacher. Otherwise our lesson will go forward as scheduled with no make-up sessions for students who miss class.
